How to reset an order to modelled (after being sent)

If you want to make changes to an order after you have sent it to a manufacturer, you first need to reset it’s status. Once you have sent the order it’s status will be set to ‘Sent’ and it will be shown with a green tick in it the DentalManager order list. In order to make changes you need to set the order to ‘Modelled’. Simply right-click on the order, go to ‘Reset’ and select the stage you want to go back to, in this case ‘Modelled’.
